This project was sponsored by "Heart Project", organization that places professional artists in workshops with Los Angeles area Continuation High School students. Working with students from Los Angeles Central High (located on the grounds of Marshall High School), the artists developed a teaching and art project that focused dialogue on the meaning of the egg. The students worked with Steve Appleton and Nobuho Nagasawa to make 669 terra cotta eggs and cover the walls with an improvisational graphite drawing.
